The Bovie Aaron 3250 Electrosurgical Unit is designed to enhance safety, reliability, convenience, and flexibility during delicate procedures. Up to 10 preset settings can be saved and easily restored during procedures. It has two cut modes and 10 different blend modes, with two monopolar coagulation modes and one bipolar coagulation mode. The Fast Digital Feedback System allows the constant delivery of repeatable power into varying load impedance, at a rate of 5,000 times/second. Its safety systems include self-test circuits, isolated output circuitry, and audio alarms. The First Come First Serve function makes sure that only one output is activated at a time, improving safety of procedures. The device automatically disables the output once an error is detected, and it displays the appropriate error code so the issue can be fixed.
