The Conmed Hyfrecator Plus has both monopolar and bipolar modes, self-diagnostics, and a memory system that can recall the last settings used. The two independent outputs, Low and High Output Terminals, allow surgeons to better control the desired clinical outcome. A dual-microprocessor allows the current to be regulated, with one processor for output and functions while the other is for activation and system monitoring.
