The Olympus OTV-S7H-1N Camera Head provides high quality imaging and color reproduction inside the Operating Room. Surgeons experience less fatigue when performing lengthy procedures because of its lightweight design. For reduced camera shake and comfortable device handling, its remote switches are positioned at a distance from the camera head. These switches can be configured to take functions such as freezing the display screen, or enlarging the image.

The camera head also uses an image enhancement technology called Narrow Band Imaging (NBI). It creates visual contrast between veins and capillaries by changing the colors between the two. This raises accuracy for surgeons in identifying the anatomy surrounding an internal organ. This results to the best possible health care and treatment for patients.
