The Skytron 6500 Elite General Surgical Table uses electro-hydraulic technology to perform powerful functions such as full articulation with a 500-pound (226 kilograms) load and even with the tabletop rotated at 180 degrees. It is strategically divided into four sections - head, back, seat, and leg. These sections can be easily readjusted to provide various patient positioning and to accommodate different kinds of surgical procedures. It is also equipped with a hand-held, pendant controller which has a non-slip rubber cover ensuring secure device handling. For high safety, the controller is designed with recessed buttons to avoid accidental activation.
It also offers convenience to surgeons with its ideal height range. Surgeons can choose which working height suits them best, and perform procedures whether they prefer to stand or sit. For convenience and to save time, it has a return-to-level button which takes control of all table functions and eliminates the need to readjust the whole table section by section.
