The Stryker 1188 HD Camera Console offers more flexibility while providing high quality visualization within the Operating Room. With its front panel touchscreen, a user can easily adjust the brightness, resolution, or select a specialty profile. Nine surgical specialty options are designed to optimize the system's output for a specific surgical procedure. The options are: arthroscopy, cystoscopy, ENT, flexi-scope, hysteroscopy, laparoscopy, laser, microscope, and standard.
The console has three ports for digital output: two digital visual interface (DVI, 29-pin), and one DVI over optical FIBER (Lucent connector x4). The two DVI ports can also work with analog displays, with the use of a DVI-I to VGA adapter. In addition, it has three ports for analog output: one composite (BNC), and two S-VHS (9-pin mini-DIN). This allows the system to work seamlessly both with past analog and current digital monitors.
