Welch Allyn Propaq CS is a full-touchscreen colored patient monitor that displays continuous vital signs. It can monitor optional parameters including 3- or 5-lead ECG, SpO2, NIBP that has patient specific-modes, Pulse rate, respiration, and temperature. It includes built-in-self-tests that allow the monitor to turn on only when all self-tests are passed. This device can be connected to Acuity Central Station and has adult, pediatric, and neonatal modes. It contains software routines that make the Functional Verification and Calibration procedures quicker and easier. It has other optional including Sidestream, Mainstream or Dual Stream Capnography, and 1 Or 2 Invasive Blood Pressure. It has f ull patient alarms including apnea alarming and there are programmable defaults on displayed parameters and alarm limits. It has an optional integrated printer and a rechargeable battery pack than can last 2-5 hours, although it can also operate on power supply.
