The Drager Air Shields Caleo Infant Incubator creates a stable microenvironment ideal for treating ill or premature newborn infants. It provides critically regulated temperature, humidity, oxygen, and reduces sound and light levels for the successful development of low birth weight babies. It is equipped with temperature regulator to prevent health complications brought about by hypothermia. Its thermoregulation technology allows easy access to the baby without compromising the environment so multiple caregivers can perform different kinds of procedures - umbilical line insertions, intubations, checking of vital signs, repositioning, and others. It maintains a stable environment during the many times the incubator is repeatedly opened to access the baby. In addition, it is also designed to align with developmental care guidelines and is equipped with light and sound management to reduce stress to the neonatal patient.
