The Pentax EB-1530-T2 is a video bronchoscope used for diagnosis and treatment of respiratory diseases, providing optical visualization of and therapeutic access to the airways and bronchial tree, including the organs, tissues, and subsystems such as the nasal passage and trachea. It facilitates detailed examinations while reducing patient discomfort through its insertion tube with a diameter of 5.3 millimeters, narrow instrument channel with a diameter of 2.0 millimeters, 600-millimeter working length, and easy insertion feature that decreases procedure time. Its 120-degree field of view enables accurate observation of large areas, while its 180-degree up and 130-degree down angulation capabilities facilitate easier maneuvering in the natural contours of the bronchi. The Pentax EB-1530-T2 is compatible with the Pentax EPM-1000, Pentax EPM-3300, and Pentax EPM-3500 video processors.
