The Stryker TPS Instrument Console powers handheld surgical instruments used for cutting, drilling, decorticating, and smoothing of bone and other bone related tissue in a variety of surgical procedures. The console allows complete control over the connected handpieces, the optional footswitches and irrigation pump, during procedures. Its intuitive touchscreen interface enhances efficiency by providing quick access to system settings while the console operates multiple connected handpieces and footswitches simultaneously. The console will also conveniently display the options related only to the connected handpiece, and this saves time for the user by eliminating unnecessary menu options. In addition, it is also equipped with an integral irrigation pump system with adjustable flow rates. The Stryker TPS Instrument Console is also used for the placement or cutting of screws, wires, pins, and other fixation devices as its handpieces can be used to cut metal.
