The Siemens Magnetom Avanto 1.5T is a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) system designed to be used in hospitals and clinics for radiology applications. Equipped with Siemens' innovative systems, the Magnetom Avanto 1.5T can deliver high-quality images which makes it well-suited to be used for a wide-range of applications including, but not limited to, cardiac, head, neurology, orthopedic, pelvis, prostate, spinal, spine, vascular, and the whole body.
The Magnetom Avanto 1.5T is equipped with Siemens' Total Imaging Matrix (TIM) Technology which allows the MRI scanner to deliver high-quality images. The TIM Tech utilizes an integrated coil system that enables quick acquisition of images. It can also cover a wider range of anatomical area which reduces the need for repositioning the patient for rescanning.
The Avanto 1.5T is also provided with the Dot scanning system which allows the users to customize a procedure based on the need of the patient. The Dot is designed to allow the medical personnel to perform a unique examination process according to the patient's need. It can also automate the MRI procedures based on predetermined standards.
The TIM Technology and the Dot scanning system is combined with the large 50 centimeter Field of View to increase the consistency, improve the Avanto 1.5T's ease of use, and improve the overall utilization efficiency. The resulting images are used by the attending medical personnel to deliver, with high confidence, diagnosis.
