The Siemens Mammomat Inspiration is an imaging system used in hospitals and clinics for mammography applications. Featuring Siemens' advanced technology designed to improve the overall clinical workflow, the Siemens Mammomat Inspiration can deliver high-quality images at a lower-dose that can enhance the clinical confidence of a medical personnel in providing high-quality care.
The Mammomat Inspiration is equipped with Siemens' PRIME Technology designed to reduce the radiation dose without reducing the image quality. The reduced dose enhances the safety of women going through the mammography screening while the image quality is optimized and maintained by using Siemens' software algorithm that can eliminate scattered radiation.
The Inspiration is designed to improve diagnostic certainty and to enhance the accuracy and early detection. The imaging system uses the EMPIRE Technology that allows the medical personnel to view images with unmatched clarity of contrast and detail. The Insight design also provides the clinician with synthetic visualization of tomosynthesis volumes in two-dimension and three-dimension.
The imaging system is also configured to increase patient throughput and decrease the need for staff training through the use of syngo user interface, Stereotactic Biopsy, syngo.Breast Care, and the syngo-based Acquisition Workstation. The Stereotactic Biopsy, while an optional feature, allows the Mammomat Inspiration to perform streamlined procedures while the syngo.Breast Care can enhance the diagnostic confidence with respect to two-dimension and three-dimension mammography reading. Consistent image quality and a quick review time are achieved through the Acquisition Workstation.
