The GE T2100 Treadmill features an extra-long, 152-cm walking surface. From a zero start, it gradually increases speed to avoid patient discomfort and to ensure smooth operations. Once in motion, a user may decelerate slowly to a gradual stop or halt quickly using the keypad or emergency stop button so patients can dismount more quickly. The stopping modes are available at all times to give technicians more control. This machine has fewer moving parts than other treadmills, so it is able to deliver a smooth and quiet operation even with heavier patients. This treadmill is designed to work with GE Healthcare's Stress ECG systems, which ensures diagnostic and procedural accuracy
