Bovie IDS 310 Electrosurgical Unit was designed in conjunction with OR clinicians. It features 13 different modes of surgical energy delivery including 5 bipolar modes, 2 cut modes, 4 blend modes, and 3 coag modes. The device can save 10 preset settings and 6 bipolar output preferences. Its key safety features are the Bovie NEM and Bovie FDFS, and a visual Ammeter to indicate the current flowing through the patient during procedure. This device can measure tissue impedance at a rate of 5,000/sec. Its Autobipolar Intuitive Technology automatically activates, coagulates, then deactivates, for precise tissue coagulation.
