The Hologic Fluoroscan InSight 2 Mini C-Arm is a highly-mobile, ultra-compact, mini C-Arm adapted to be used in diagnostic and surgical applications. Equipped with an advanced image processing chain, this versatile, durable, and reliable digital imaging system can take high-quality film radiographs in addition to fluoroscopic images which makes it ideal for use in pain management centers.

The imaging system has a small footprint which allows the device to be easily moved, transported, positioned, and maneuvered. Because of this compact design, it can be used in theaters where space is at a premium, such as the operating room, emergency department, doctor's office, surgery center, and sports medicine facility.

The Mini C-Arm outputs crisp, clear, and high-resolution images by utilizing the real-time motion artifact and noise reduction system, dual mode (automatic, manual) digital brightness and contrast control, and a 4-inch or 6-inch image intensifier. The scanned images are displayed on dual 20-inch high-resolution touchscreen LCD flat panel monitors or saved in a permanent hard drive or a removable data storage.

The resulting images can also be printed via a thermal printer and can save up to 7000 images. The device also has a last image hold function which can reduce the patient's or the medical personnel's exposure to radiation.
