Physio Control Lifepak 9 is a highly-innovative, compact, and portable defibrillator that can cater to an array of medical needs in various healthcare settings and in biomedical engineering. It's a microprocessor-based unit that has user-friendly displays, high and low energy selection, annotating recorder that prints out time, date, leads, and gain, and CODE SUMMARY critical event record that recalls previous critical events once device is turned on. It also has an optional Shock Advisory System that turns the device into an automatic external defibrillator for hospital codes. It features a defibrillation adapter for hands-free defibrillation. This has a built-in rechargeable battery pack and thermal array recorder for longer run-time and enhanced documentation. It's simple to use with its 1-2-3 operation, on-screen diagnostics for tests and configurations displayed on its 4-inch monitor, and user-friendly interface. It can charge up to 360 Joules max. in less than 10 seconds and it has 17 energy selections, 3-lead ECG, and heart rate alarms.
