Warranty and returns

Every refurbished unit carries a written MED warranty. Its length and what it covers are exactly what the dealer's warranty states, printed on the product page and on your quote, and they vary by unit. MED never extends a warranty beyond the dealer's. Claims go to MED, not to a third party. A unit that is not as described when it arrives can be returned within 14 days for a full refund, with MED paying the shipping both ways. Refurbished units are prepared to order and cannot be returned for any other reason.

The Olympus OTV-S7ProH-HD-12E HD Autoclave Camera Head provides high-resolution images that are sharp, clear, and accurate with its 1080i output. Images can be enlarged up to 1.5 times the original size, and high-definition quality is maintained even in the zoom mode. It has three built-in switches at the control section, which can be programmed to take on frequently used functions such as digital zoom and image capture.

One of its distinct features is Narrow Band Imaging (NBI), an optical image enhancement technology, which creates a contrast between veins and capillaries. This raises accuracy for surgeons when identifying vessels and other tissues on the surface of internal organs. Such precision helps surgeons provide the best possible treatment for patients.
