The Olympus GIF-H180J is a high-performance video gastroscope used for gastrointestinal endoscopy applications in hospitals and clinics. It is equipped with a superior HDTV-compatible CCD designed to capture clear, life-like images with accurate details and realistic color. Its HDTV Imaging, supported by an auxiliary water jet function, allows for improved visualization of the upper gastrointestinal tract to enhance diagnostic performance. It also has an innovative Close Focus Optical System designed to obtain an enlarged, close-up image by just moving the scope tip near to the site. This feature increases the depth of field and eliminates the demand for electronic magnification, enabling the focus to remain clear and sharp. In addition, its Narrow Band Imaging (NBI) technology aids in the observation of mucosal morphology in the distal esophagus of the upper gastrointestinal tract. The GIF-H180J features a 9.9-millimeter distal end and insertion tube which gives the device exceptional maneuverability. The 2.8 channel also permits a wide range of instruments to be used in conjunction with the endoscope.
