The Olympus GIF-V2 is a video gastroscope used for gastrointestinal endoscopy applications in hospitals and clinics. It delivers exceptional image quality and features a narrow insertion tube and instrument channel, a broad field of view, and an ergonomically-designed grip. It has an insertion tube with a diameter of 9.8 millimeters, an instrument channel with a diameter of 2.8 millimeters, and a working length of 1030 millimeters. It also has a 4-way angulation and a 120-degree field of view which permit a complete and accurate observation within the upper gastrointestinal tract. These features make it well suited for expediting accurate observations in a manner that is more convenient and comfortable for patients by reducing anxiety, distress, and discomfort. It is equipped with an ergonomic grip which enhances its maneuverability, while its readily accessible controls and user programmable switches significantly improve its operability. The GIF-V2 is compatible with the Olympus CV-100, CV-140, CV-160, and CV-180 video processors and Olympus CLV-10, CLV-160, CLV-180, CLV-U20, and CLV-U40 light sources.
