The Olympus GIF-XQ30 is a fiberoptic gastroscope used for gastrointestinal endoscopy applications in hospitals and clinics. It produces sharply defined images and highlights a narrow insertion tube and instrument channel, a broad field of view, and an ergonomically-designed grip. It has a narrow insertion tube with a diameter of 9.8 millimeters, an instrument channel with a diameter of 2.8 millimeters, and a working length of 1030 millimeters. It also has a responsive 4-way angulation system and a 120-degree field of view which allows for complete and accurate observation within the upper gastrointestinal tract. These features facilitate precise observations in a way that lessens patient anxiety and discomfort, while improving user experience and enhancing its insertion capabilities. Its ergonomically designed grip results to improved device handling and maneuverability, while its readily accessible controls and user programmable switches result to easy device operation. The GIF-XQ30 is easy to clean, and is compatible with Olympus CLK-3, Olympus CLK-4, Olympus CLV-10, Olympus CLV-160, Olympus CLV-180, Olympus CLV-U20, and Olympus CLV-U40 light sources.
