The Olympus PCF-H190DL Video Colonoscope delivers HDTV image quality with brighter images through its Narrow Band Imaging technology (NBI). Its NBI is also an image enhancement that creates a contrast between tissues and blood vessels, increasing the accuracy of physicians during diagnostic procedures. Its Responsive Insertion Technology (RIT) improves scope handling to facilitate complete examination of the colon, while its High Force Transmission (HFT) technology allows complete control during pushing and twisting maneuvers. Its Passive Bending induces the distal tip of the scope to seamlessly conform to the natural contours of the colon. Its variable stiffness helps physicians adjust the flexibility or rigidity of the scope as the situation demands.
In addition, the Olympus PCF-H190DL comes with ScopeGuide technology that provides real-time 3D visualization of scope position and configuration during insertion. This feature improves procedural efficiency and decreases patient discomfort during delicate colonoscopic procedures. The scope is also built with water jet function that helps keep the area of observation free from visual obstructions.
