Every MED Refurbished unit ships with a written MED warranty covering parts and labor. Terms run from 90 days to 24 months depending on the equipment and are stated on your quote. Extended coverage is available on most systems. Your warranty is with MED: one point of accountability from quote through the life of the coverage.

The Elekta Synergy is a powerful, reliable, and versatile standing wave accelerator designed for image-guided radiation therapy and radiosurgery. Featuring Elekta's premium technology, the Synergy can deliver an accurate dose using an integrated digital control. It can also be used for Image-Guided Radiation Therapy (IGRT) and Intensity-Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT).
The Synergy is configured to deliver outstanding images. It utilizes 2D, 3D, and 4D volumetric cone-beam imaging for soft tissue visualization; a 2D real-time, fluoroscopic-like imaging for moving targets; and a 2D kV imaging for standard and orthogonal planar imaging.
Elekta's premium accelerator can be transformed into an IGRT system. The transformation into an IGRT system allows the medical personnel to bring an image-guided system into the treatment set up process. It also allows the clinical personnel to correct errors in patient setup due to the movement of the organ which, in turn, improves the overall treatment accuracy.
The Synergy also features an ultra-low leakage field shaping, an integrated multileaf collimator, and an uninterrupted field size. These combinations of features allow the Synergy to simplify and fine-tune treatment of larger-field targets.
