Philips IntelliVue MP2 is a compact and durable patient monitor with a 3.5-inch flat panel display and hard keys for navigation. It has an optional 12-lead ECG monitoring with five electrodes using the EASI method or with 10 electrodes using the conventional method and ECG monitoring with any combination of 3 to 10 electrodes. Its battery can last 3 hours, but can last up to 6 hours with a battery extension. It has optional clinical measures such as multi-lead arrhythmia and ST segment analysis, mainstream or sidestream CO2, and invasive pressure and temperature. Each NBP measure is presented in a comprehensive table of vital signs. It also has an optional wireless telemetry that provides untethered in-room access to ECG/SPO2 data. Its user-friendly interface is designed to improve patient data visibility to let the user focus on the patient rather than on the monitor.
