The Olympus EUS-40 has an improved cutting and coagulation performance suited for procedures in gynecology, respiratory, urology, and gastroenterology. It has an automatic smoke evacuation function and a dual resection mode. It has both monopolar and bipolar modes with two separate connectors. It is equipped with Saline TUR mode for bipolar resection in saline. This device can be used with the SonoSurg Ultrasonic Surgical System for high-frequency through its transducer.
