The Olympus GIF-N260 is a video gastroscope used for gastrointestinal endoscopy applications in hospitals and clinics. It is designed to facilitate detailed examinations in a manner that is more comfortable for the patient. It is equipped with a high-resolution micro CCD to produce images comparable to that of the premium Olympus GIF-XQ260, while its smaller size facilitates easier instrument insertion and allows the user to perform a more accurate observation. The GIF-N260 features an insertion tube with a diameter of 5.2 millimeters, an instrument channel with a diameter of 2.0 millimeters, and a distal-end diameter of 4.9 millimeters. Its streamlined and ultra-slim design makes it ideal for routine examinations with little or no sedation, improving recovery time of patients. It also features an ergonomically designed grip which enhances device handling and maneuverability.
