Warranty and returns

Every refurbished unit carries a written MED warranty. Its length and what it covers are exactly what the dealer's warranty states, printed on the product page and on your quote, and they vary by unit. MED never extends a warranty beyond the dealer's. Claims go to MED, not to a third party. Returns are accepted within 14 days on used, refurbished and new equipment.

Its PureWave transducers are designed to amplify its penetration capability to service patients that are technically difficult to scan. It is the only system that can provide PureWave imaging across all clinical segments, ensuring highly accurate diagnostic results. Its PureWave function is further enhanced by its Precision Beamforming and Tissue Specific Presets (TSP), producing outstanding image quality with almost no need for image enhancement.

In addition to its superior functions, the Affiniti 70 has advanced capabilities and can be customized to accommodate a wide range of exam types such as abdominal, vascular, urology, cardiology, breast, OB/GYN, pediatrics, and more. It is also designed for walk-up usability, requiring minimal or no training for those with ultrasound experience to perform and complete an examination.
