Samsung Medison MySono U6 Portable Ultrasound is a smart and compact portable system that provides superior image quality through several premium image processing technologies. Its powerful Dynamic MR+2.0 (DMR Plus) is an optional noise reduction filter that improves contrast resolution for sharper 2D images. Subtle differences in tissues can be seen with this enhancement, which increases diagnostic accuracy of physicians. Another function is its Speckle Reduction Filter (SRF) which reduces or eliminates echoes inherent to ultrasound images. The user can select the degree of its application, specifying either to reduce speckles or completely eliminate it resulting to accurate image interpretation. In addition, its QuickScan provides automatic one-touch optimization for rapid diagnostic procedures while maintaining consistency and accuracy during the process.

Its ergonomic operating panel is ergonomically designed to reduce strain and speeds up workflow, with its hot keys and buttons in logical arrangement. Its USB ports allows easy transfer of diagnostic files, and it connects other peripherals for more detailed documentation. Also, the use of its optional transducers allows it to cover a wide range of clinical applications.
