The Conmed Hyfrecator Plus has both monopolar and bipolar modes, self-diagnostics, and a memory system that can recall the last settings used. The two independent outputs, Low and High Output Terminals, allow surgeons to better control the desired clinical outcome. A dual-microprocessor allows the current to be regulated, with one processor for output and functions while the other is for activation and system monitoring. This device is highly reliable and simple to use.
