The GE Logiq e Portable Ultrasound is a laptop-style sonograph that offers quality medical imaging and convenience. It delivers superior visual feed through its 15-inch LCD monitor with a 1024 x 768 image resolution. A number of features also enable image optimization for better diagnostic throughput. For example, its Range Focus improves the quality of near or mid field image and reduces vessel fill-in which results to optimal imaging. Its Dynamic Range increases the adjustable range of contrast by controlling how echo intensities are converted to shades of gray. Its Colorize mode enables gray scale image colorization while its Gray Map mode presents images in black and white monochrome.

This portable ultrasound system also offers easy management of stored images. Through its user-friendly interface, images can be retrieved, printed, or deleted from its 80GB internal hard drive. Its image files can be exported to external USB-storage devices such as USB hard drives or USB memory sticks. In addition, it offers easy operability through its integrated QWERTY keyboard and trackball. Function keys are also provided for fast access to its features, and keyboard shortcuts can also be used just like in a regular laptop.
