The Philips Clearvue 550 Ultrasound Machine is an mid-range cost-efficient ultrasound machine that delivers good image quality and enhances workflow efficiency to speed up common exams. It uses iScan technology for automatic scale and baseline adjustments to optimize an image and quicken the scanning process, while its unique Active Array technology produces high quality images. Working closely with these two key features is its XRES technology, an adaptive image enhancement feature that uses a software algorithm to refine image quality and border definition. In addition, its monitor produces high-resolution display and attaches to its articulating arm.
It has the best cardiovascular imaging in its class, but also offers versatility to accommodate a variety of applications such as obstetrics, gynecology, radiology, and abdominal imaging. The Clearvue 550 is built for competence, convenience of use, and efficiency in meeting the modern demands of ultrasound imaging.
