The Sonoscape S9 Portable Ultrasound delivers superb diagnostic imaging performance through its advanced image processing technologies at par with its higher-priced counterparts. For example, It uses Automatic Tissue Optimization to automatically set the optimal settings for the type of tissue being scanned and this results to better image quality. It implements Compound Imaging and combines several image sources across the scanned anatomy into one single display resulting to higher clarity and finer border definition. Also, its U-Scan technology decreases instances of speckles or "noise" inherent to ultrasound images, while its Trapezoidal Imaging significantly widens the visual feed for linear probes.
In addition, it is equipped with dedicated specialty-specific buttons, and state-of-the-art touchscreen user interface. Not only that, but it also provide excellent post-diagnosis functions by its integrated patient file management system, and a number of applications that supports professional diagnosis and comprehensive documentation. It also gains versatility and extend its functions to a wide coverage of clinical applications through its optional transducers.
