Its sonography technology offers SonoAVC (Sonography-based Automated Volume Count) and SonoVCAD(Sonography-based Volume Computer Aided Display). It also offers a new technique for assessing fetal hearts, the STIC (Spatio-Temporal Imaging Correlation). The standards of the Voluson S6's ultrasound capabilities are reinforced by DICOM Standard, SRI for enhanced image quality, Volume Contrast Imaging for assessment of fetal intrathoracic structures, CrossXBeam for enhancement of tissue border and differentiation, and dual view capability.
