Philips SureSigns VS2+ is a flexible vital signs monitor that has enhnace visibility of information on its backlit 4.3-inch LCD display. It has an integrated programmable 1- or 2-D barcode scanner for easier patient data entry and a battery indicator to notify when the device is charging or ready for use. Its optional parameters include NIBP which has the manual, auto-interval, custom interval, and STAT modes, and SPO2 which is compatible with several sensors. Its Oral temperature probe feature provides accurate readings in four seconds. It can save up to 100 sets of patient data and can last up to 4 hours with its lithium-ion battery. Its Time-sync function allows the monitor clock to synchronize with a designated network clock for increased precision.
