The Conmed LS7500 Light Source uses a 300 Watt Xenon bulb to provide the needed illumination for surgical sites during minimally invasive surgeries. It is designed to meet the demands of progressive scan technology and provide the needed ambient light to produce high quality digital output, using its Enhanced Numerical Aperture for an improved light distribution.

For safety, it is equipped with a standby button which limits the light output to a minimum and thus avoid accidental burns. It also enhances efficiency in usage since it has a bulb-life indicator, so healthcare facilities can anticipate an upcoming bulb replacement.
