The Karl Storz C-MAC 8402ZX Video Laryngoscope Monitor is the heart of the C-MAC system. It provides high-resolution imaging with its 7-inch TFT screen and optimized natural color rendering. It is ergonomically designed to withstand a challenging environment with its housing made of resistant plastic material. Its control have been intentionally replaced by easy-to-use touch keys to guarantee instant operation even under difficult situations. With its touch screen user interface, brightness and white balance can be easily adjusted. It is also capable of projecting additional image display into an external monitor through its composite video output.
The C-MAC 8402ZX monitor is also built with its cable connections and power plug attached at the rear for protection, and are coded for better work efficiency. Video sequences and still images can also be captured and saved into an integrated SD card in MPEG4 and JPEG format, enabling comprehensive documentation. The monitor uses rechargeable lithium-ion batteries that can last for approximately 2 hours. An intelligent energy management feature allows the monitor to be used during the charging process.
