Shipping:

Shipments are through Van Lines Transportation, Freight Transportation, or you may arrange local pickup at our commercially zoned dock. Shipping charges are applied to the invoice at cost plus a $35 preparation fee if shipping via Freight to cover time & materials for strapping it to a pallet. No fee for Van Lines unless it needs to be strapped to a pallet. Feel free to ask for a shipping quote before buying this item. We will not ship internationally unless there is prior, written approval from Garret Purrington. If you need this item crated, contact us for a quote. We can combine shipping for multiple items.

The following details are required in order to determine the cost of shipping:

• Is the delivery to a commercially or residentially zoned address?
• Will the delivery be to a loading dock and/or will you have a forklift to remove the item from the truck?
• Is the delivery address tractor trailer accessible?
• Are there any special requirements for delivery (stairs, elevator, doorway removal, over 50 ft from truck, inside delivery, unpacking, etc.)?

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (item only, shipping not refundable). Buyer must pay return shipping with tracking and insurance, use the same transportation method, and return the item in its original condition and packaging. Warranty stickers must be intact. Tracking must be provided through eBay. Batteries are sold as-is unless stated otherwise.

Payment:

Payment is due within 3 days of auction close. International orders accepted via PayPal or wire transfer only. Items ship after payment clears.

This item is not certified for patient use and must be certified by a qualified technician. No claims of certification are made by MED.

International:

All items comply with U.S. customs requirements. Buyer is responsible for duties, taxes, brokerage, and legal compliance. Freight buyers must arrange customs agents in their country.
