The Olympus CF-HQ190L Video Colonoscope provides two options for focus settings: the near field and the normal field. The minimum depth of field for the near focus mode is 2 millimeters and the maximum for normal focus mode is 100 millimeters, providing a wide range of focus settings for optimal observation. It implements three proprietary insertion tube technologies: High Force Transmission (HFT) for improved control over pushing and twisting maneuvers, Passive Bending (PB) to move through acute bends, and variable stiffness to adjust the rigidity of the scopes. This unique combination results to superior scope handling, insertability, and ergonomics. The Olympus CF-HQ190L Colonoscope also supports Narrow Band Imaging technology, delivering increased brightness and providing twice the viewable distance compared to earlier scopes. In addition, its new connector design makes it fully submersible which eliminates the risk of an accidental immersion and the expensive repair that goes with it.
