Guarantee / Return: Full 30 Day Money Back Guarantee Terms:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the item(s) for a full money back refund on the purchased item(s) within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a full refund (item(s) only, shipping is not refundable), buyer must pay return shipping with tracking and insurance, ship with the same form of transportation it was delivered with, and have item(s) returned in the same condition as well as in the same packaging as they were originally received with. Warranty stickers on returned item(s) must be clearly intact. Also, tracking must be provided through eBay, proving the item(s) are shipped back within 30-days of receiving the item(s). Please note that all batteries are provided with units in "as-is" condition unless otherwise stated.

Payment: Payment is due within 3 days of the auction close. For international orders, we only accept PayPal or wire transfer. The item will ship after payment has cleared.

All Buyers: The item is not currently certified for patient use. This item must be certified by an authorized technician prior to patient use. MED makes no claims of certification, either expressed or implied.

Shipping: All items are shipped as "Signature Required". Please make sure you are able to receive the package before ordering. We are not able to ship to PO Boxes.

International: All items sold comply with US customs requirements for medical equipment. All customs duties; import taxes; brokerage fees; and any other related fees; are the responsibility of the buyer. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that their purchase is in compliance with all legal restrictions in the receiving country. For freight shipments, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to arrange for a customs agent to handle the customs process in their country.
