The Allen Medical A-91500 Beach Chair is designed for orthopedic procedures that use Fowler's position (also known as beach chair position) and can support a weight capacity of up to 500 pounds (227 kilograms). It is equipped with Lift-Assist mechanism that facilitates quick and easy repositioning of patients for unobstructed access to the surgical site. Its Lateral Slide feature allows patient positioning closer to the edge of the operating table for enhanced surgical site access. The A-91500 Beach Chair weighs under 30 pounds (13.6 kilograms) without its back support panels, making it easy even for a single person to setup or remove. Also, its Spring Lock Quick Connect mechanism enables easy installation and removal of its head positioners.
