Every MED Refurbished unit ships with a written MED warranty covering parts and labor. Terms run from 90 days to 24 months depending on the equipment and are stated on your quote. Extended coverage is available on most systems. Your warranty is with MED: one point of accountability from quote through the life of the coverage.

The AMO Sovereign Compact is a phacoemulsifier used for cataract surgery and cataract extraction procedures performed in hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers. Designed for ease of use, efficiency, and reliability, the Sovereign Compact is an AC-powered, affordable, full-featured system which can also be used to disrupt a cataract with ultrasound and extract the cataract.

The Sovereign Compact utilizes the ELLIPS FX Technology to enhance followability and effectively hold fragments at the tip end. The technology allows for smooth cutting while enhancing the system efficiency without the need for the surgeons to adjust or change their preferred techniques.

The Sovereign is adapted to utilize highly-advanced digital fluidic system to improve control and chamber stability. The system is also designed to constantly monitor and control intraocular conditions, which, in turn, further improve the cutting efficiency even at a reduced power.

The Sovereign Compact features a programmable occlusion mode which virtually eliminates surges even at high settings. The Sovereign is also designed with an improved user interface for ease of use.
