GE Corometrics 250CX Maternal/Fetal Monitor is an innovative monitor designed to deliver personal and individualized care through labor, delivery, and recovery. Begin by using the external monitoring modes and add optional parameters including NIBSP, fetal and maternal ECG, IUP, and maternal pulse oximetry as the patients?eeds change, without switching to another monitor or external device. it has an optional 15-inch colored VGA remote display that allows access to both maternal and fetal vital signs as displayed on the monitor. Its Smart BP technology works with DINAMAP SuperSTAT NIBP to automatically delay blood pressure measurement during contractions. It has a ChartLight feature that makes it easier for clinicians to read fetal strips. The device provides alarms for high or low fetal heart rate, and a selectable 3-lead maternal ECG with pacemaker detection and rejection generates maternal heart rate. It can show the past 8 hours of vital signs of the mother in an easy-to-read flowchart summary.
