The GE Excite 3.0T is a magnetic resonance imaging scanner used in hospital and clinics for radiology applications. The Excite 3.0T is a versatile, reliable, and powerful MRI scanning system that is designed for comprehensive assessment of cardiac, head, neurology, orthopedic, pelvis, prostate, spinal, spine, vascular, and the whole body.
The 3.0T comes from the widely acclaimed Excite series of MRI scanners that features the GE's premium Excite technology. The 3.0T is designed to use the common interface found on GE's premium MRI machines, such as the GE Signa MR and the Lightspeed CT. It also features an 8-channel system which allows it to boost the speed of the scanning procedure without reducing the quality of the images.
The Excite 3.0T allows a facility to practice even the more advanced MRI procedures and even simplify some procedures that are considered difficult. The MRI system handles this procedure by using GE's specialized applications including PROPELLER, VIBRANT, and TRICKS.
The quick scanning time and the resulting high-clarity images can improve the overall clinical workflow and can increase the patient throughput. All these features are designed to allow the 3.0T to deliver high-clarity images that make it specifically well suited for evaluating a wide range of conditions including stroke, cancer, and musculoskeletal disease.
