The Olympus GIF-100 is a video gastroscope used for gastrointestinal endoscopy applications in hospitals and clinics. The GIF-100 delivers exceptional image quality and highlights a slim insertion tube and instrument channel, an extra-wide field of view, and ergonomically-designed grip. These features make the gastrointestinal videoscope well suited for facilitating precise observations without causing too much discomfort to patients. The GIF-100 highlights an insertion tube with a diameter of 9.8 millimeters, an instrument channel with a diameter of 2.8 millimeters, and a working length of 1030 millimeters. These features enable the compact GIF-100 to reduce patient stress, pain, and enhances user experience. It delivers crisp and clear images with its improved insertion capabilities. The GIF-100 features an ergonomically designed grip which can enhance the scope's maneuverability, and readily accessible controls and user-programmable switches which improves device operation. The video gastroscope has a 4-way angulation and a 120-degree field of view which allow for comprehensive and thorough observation within the upper gastrointestinal tract. The GIF-100 is compatible with the Olympus CV-100, CV-140, CV-160, and CV-180 video processors and the Olympus 160 and 180 series light source sets. It is also compatible with the Olympus CLV-10, CLV-160, CLV-180, CLV-U20, and the CLV-U40 light sources.
