The Olympus IMH-20 Image Management Hub is designed to capture videos and still images in real time from up two sources during delicate endoscopic procedures. It uses advanced compression technology to store recorded endoscopy video and still images in full HD and with no loss in image quality. MPEG-4 file format is used for storing video files and BMP/TIFF/JEPG to store still images in a 500-GB hard disk drive. Navigation is also easy with its touch-panel interface which allows access to its various functions, enhancing user efficiency in device operation. In addition, it can accommodate analog and digital video input, giving it flexibility to work with existing imaging systems and adapt with upgrades in the future.
