The Olympus OEP-4 Color Video Printer uses dye sublimation printing technology to produce over 16 million colors. It is designed to be used with Olympus endoscopes, video system centers, endoscopic ultrasound systems and in various clinical applications. It can produce high definition printouts with its 379 dpi resolution and excellent color reproduction from HDTV, SDTV, and SDI signals. In terms of speed, it normally takes 29 seconds for it to print an A5 size image. At high speed printing mode, it takes only 21 seconds for the Olympus OEP-4 to print a full A5 size image. Additionally, it has a multi-picture splitting function which allows a combination of 2, 4, or 8 images in a single sheet.
