The Pentax EG-1870K is a video gastroscope used for gastrointestinal endoscopy applications in hospitals and clinics. Configured to produce high-quality images, the Pentax EG-1870K is ideal for performing optical visualization and investigation of mucosal morphology, vascular patterns, and blood vessels. It has an insertion tube diameter measuring 6.0 millimeters and an ultra-slim instrument channel diameter measuring 2.0 millimeters, a working length of 1050 millimeters, a 4-way angulation system, a broad 140-degree field of view, and an ergonomically designed grip which enhances the scope's maneuverability and handling while reducing patient discomfort. It features a high-definition screen which offers superior image quality. The large display size is meant to deliver exceptional image quality with sharper, crisper images and true-to-life color from edge to edge. The Pentax EG-1870K is compatible with the Pentax EPK-I, EPK-1000, and the EPK-700 video processors. The smaller size of the gastroscope allows it to be used in pediatric patients and stenosis in the body.
