The Pentax EG-2990i is a video gastroscope used for gastrointestinal endoscopy applications in hospitals and clinics. Designed to produce high-quality images, the easy-to-use, durable, and versatile Pentax EG-2990i is ideal for performing optical visualization and observation of mucosal morphology, vascular patterns, and blood vessels. The EG-2990i features a high-definition screen which offers superior image quality. The large display size is designed to deliver outstanding image quality with sharper, crisper images and true-to-life color from edge to edge. The video gastroscope has an insertion tube diameter measuring 9.8 millimeters, an instrument channel diameter measuring 2.8 millimeters, a working length of 1050 millimeters, a 4-way angulation system, and a broad 140-degree field of view. The EG-2990i features an ergonomically designed grip which enhances the scope's maneuverability. Compatible with the Pentax EPK-I, the video gastroscope also has a forward water jet mechanism for clearing the debris.
