The Pentax FB-18X is a fiberoptic bronchoscope used for diagnosis and treatment of respiratory diseases in hospitals and clinics. It is designed to facilitate detailed examinations while reducing patient discomfort. It is uses an insertion tube with a diameter of 6.0 millimeters, an instrument channel with a diameter of 2.2 millimeters, a 600-millimeter working length, and has easy-insertion feature that reduces procedure time. Its 100-degree field of view enables accurate observation of a large area, while its 180-degree up and 130-degree down angulation facilitate easier maneuvering in the natural contours of the bronchi.
