Every MED Refurbished unit ships with a written MED warranty covering parts and labor. Terms run from 90 days to 24 months depending on the equipment and are stated on your quote. Extended coverage is available on most systems. Your warranty is with MED: one point of accountability from quote through the life of the coverage.

The Siemens Oncor is a state-of-the-art linear accelerator used in radiation therapy. Equipped with Siemens' premium and exclusive technology such as the MVCB Imaging, the Oncor is ideally equipped for handling Image-Guided Radiation Therapy (IGRT), Adaptive Radiation Therapy (ART), Intensive Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT), Conformal Radiation Therapy (CRT), and Stereotaxy (SRT).
The Oncor is equipped with the MVision Megavoltage Cone Beam (MVCB) Imaging and the 160 Multileaf Collimator (MLC) for delivering high-quality images. The MVCB Imaging is configured to utilize the source for treatment and for imaging patient? 3D anatomy, and offers unique possibilities for tumor visualization and alignment. The 160 MLC provides improved conformity to the actual tumor shape which enables for delivering homogenous dose coverage regardless of the size of the tumor. The speed and low leakage of the 160 MLC can optimize the delivery by reducing patient on-table time and dose to normal tissue, which in, turn can improve the patient safety.
The linear accelerator is provided with an Adaptive Targeting Software designed to improve the working efficiency. The software enables the medical personnel to automatically calculate the three-dimensional patient offset values, determine the patient position, and continue with the treatment.
The Siemens Oncor is also equipped with the 550 TxT Treatment Table. The Treatment Table is designed to meet the demand for accuracy, stability, and precision. It can also accommodate a patient up to 550 pounds.
