The Smith & Nephew LED3000 Light Source uses LED technology to provide the needed illumination in surgical sites of endoscopic procedures. It requires lower voltage for high lumen output, which makes it efficient and Eco-friendly. It provides brightness at 7000 degrees Kelvin, equivalent to daylight brightness. This results into consistent crisp and high quality color definition. Its LED life is expected to last for 30,000 hours of usage making it a cost-effective long-term option.

It is equipped with a smart end-tip sensor for safety, switching to standby mode if a fiber optic cable is not attached to the unit. It also offers easy control of light intensity with an intuitive 10-bar LCD display with arrow buttons for digital dimming.
