The Stryker 5400-100 Core U Drill is a high-speed specialty-driven handpiece used for performing Spine and Neurosurgical procedures. The increased power and versatility inherent in this high-performance surgical power tool allows surgeons to be more precise and in control during procedures.
The Core U Drill utilizes an Electronic Torque Feedback system which allows the drill to deliver more power when needed and its tapered attachments improve the surgeon’s line of site. This drill also uses the CORE Console which allows the device to draw the required powered while balancing the other facets of the whole system.
It has a rated speed of 75,000 RPM and uses the U Series attachments. It is also compatible with the 5100-9 Handswitch and the 5100-10-20 O straight attachment.
